INCOME CLASSIFICATION (Component Municipalities) Of the eleven (11) municipalities of Compostela Valley, six are classified as first class municipalities; two are second class; and three are third class municipalities. However, six municipalities are implementing salary rates equal to the first class province, while the other five municipalities are implementing salary rates equal to the level of first class, second class, and third class municipalities.
